Foxes boss Brendan Rodgers says Leicester has no issue pertaining to their trip to Old Trafford next week.

The former boss witnessed the Red Devils fans protest against the club's owners, which included supporters invading the pitch and causing the match against Liverpool to be postponed.

According to him, any violence involved in the act was unfortunate yet they have nothing to worry about as they seek to go and honour the fixture.

Manchester United's next scheduled home fixture is against Leicester next Wednesday.

When asked about the potential for further demonstrations that evening and a possible need to boost security around the Leicester squad, Rodgers was very emphatic and stated the obvious in a press conference that,

“We've got no concerns. Obviously, we've seen the protest last weekend in a high-profile game. We condemn any violence that was seen on the day, but certainly, for the Manchester United supporters there has clearly been a source of frustration for many, many years for them, and they come out to support the team and support their role within that.

"But for us, going there next week, we've got no concerns whatsoever. We look forward to going there and playing the game.”

Brendan concluded by saying focusing on the task ahead of us should be our major concern, we have to go there and allow our action to speak rather than our words and also adopt the right strategical approach in winning away.
