An American Businessman based in Tamale and Managing Director of Alafei Foods Company Limited, Mr Claude Convisser says he is facing force ejection from his rented apartment by his landlord, and therefore called on the Ghanaian authority to intervene.

According to him, he signed a four-year contract with the landlord, but all of a sudden the landlord is now asking him to vacate.

At a press conference in Tamale, he expressed worries over the landlord change of mind, stating that the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) in the United State are behind his ejection because of his loudness against their operations.

"My rent is binding for four years, the landlord came back to me and said they wanted to kick me out, the landlord friend told me that they are following the instructions from the United States Central Intelligence Agency, which I know for my past experience that the Agency tried to destroy me some time ago".

Mr Claude noted that the landlord is currently subjecting him to inhuman treatment and assault for the past months when he declined to vacate from the rented apartment.

He mentioned that the landlord drains water from his poly tank, scares away his house helps, and threatens to remove his roof, according to him are steps to forcefully eject him from the house.

Mr Claude who doubles as the Managing Director of POP Diesel Africa Limited further revealed that he has been beaten 6-7 times, and it has left his right rib, hand, and the wrist bone is broken.

According to him, an official complaint had been lodged at the Northern Regional CID and the Sagnarigu police Command, but nothing has been done.

He tasked the police service to arrest and charge the culprits and however indicated that the security service is reluctant on the case because they don't want to offend the United State.

Mr Claude further appealed to the Ministry of Gender and Social Protection to give green light to Alafei Foods Limited to provide the School Feeding Programme with nutritious rice.

According to him, the company produces quality and healthy rice which is ideal for the growth of children.

He assured that the rice if accepted by the School Feeding Programme would end malnutrition in the five regions of the North.
