The chiefs and people of Konzokala have expressed discontent over the government inability to complete and operationalize Konzokala community Day Senior High and other Developmental projects in the area.

The chiefs and people of Konzokala have expressed discontent over the government's inability to complete and operationalize Konzokala community Day Senior High and other Developmental projects in the area.

The project is one of the several E Block facilities under the Progressively Free SHS program which began during the erstwhile John Dramani Mahama administration.

According to them, the E Block and projects have not seen any work since the NDC left office.

They accused the government of abandoning the E Block and other Developmental projects such Jirapa - Konzokala- Yagah road, Yagah health center started under the I
Opposition National Democratic Congress.

In an interview with TV XYZ correspondent Mark Asante, Charles Azuma Unit committee chairman says Konzokala Electoral Area has been left behind Development.

According to him, the Youth in the area are running into galamsey due to lack of SHS. People find it difficult to attend market during market days at Jirapa due to the bad road network in the area, he added.

Morante Hene of the area Naa Siaka Issaka bitterly express worry over how the NPP government has neglected the Konzokala community.

He said, abandoning of E Block project has affected the Konzokala community, and the most worrying issue is how a lot of Youth have engaged in galamsey activities in the area.

Assemblymember Konzokala Electoral Area Hon Sadat Bukari appealed to the government and any Benevolent organizations come to their aid.

He mentioned that a lot of Galamsey sites in the area have been caused a greater number of school dropouts.
