Jubilation Galore In Kasoa Over The Arrest Of One Notorious Armed Robber
After making his victims pay all the required amount of money, he’d appear missing.
Alex Donkor The Kasoa District Police Command has arrested a notorious 32year old man Raphael Keller, for allegedly defrauding multiple persons.
Tricking most of his victims through the internet, the suspect deliberately poses as a rental agent. So far, the police have complaints from about 20 persons made against the suspect. There’s more in the following report.

Mainly advertising on selling website Tonaton website, Raphael Keller lures his unsuspecting clients about apartments that are been rented out by him.
After making his victims pay all the required amount of money, he’d appear missing.
The police report also says, the victim normally unleashes his dogs to track his victims who get to know his residence and visit there to demand a refund.
Speaking with soireenews Reporter, Kasoa District Police Commander, Chief Superintendent Timothy Dassah revealed that the father of the suspect was a serial armed robber and was shot dead by the police during an exchange of fire at Osu in Accra sometime ago.
Chief Superintendent Timothy Dassah also called on all Ghanaians who have fallen victims to the activities of the suspect to lodge an official complaint about investigations to be conducted.
