Gyakie announced the drop date for her 'Whine' single.

The fast-rising artiste, in a recent tweet, uploaded that she will resales the single in July to the delight of her fans.

"Don’t get it twisted chans Whine is off my debut EP, SEED. New Music in July" she stated.

Prior to this announcement, she was under intense pressure to release new music as her fans expressed their desire to have more of her tracks.

Her track 'Forever', in which she did the remix Nigerian’s Omah Lay, effectively shot her to prominence and made her dominate the charts.

And she revealed that she would be sharing a playlist of all the songs that she has made during quarantine, a list out of which she only released Forever.

Her fans were quick to castigate her and demand that she releases the tracks as soon as possible because her "forever" song will not last forever.

A fan with the ID name Fiifi Abakah warned the songstress that nothing lasts forever in this world and so does her song “Forever”.

"Forever won’t last forever oo, release another track na yabr3" he stated.

This came after DJ Slim has described Gyakie as a one-way and an overrated artiste for not having what it takes to release multiple tracks.

He maintained that her management should work on grooming her to fit and last in the music scene or she fades away.
