Deputy Minister for Local Government  Visits Dormaa West 

The DCE for the area, Mr Francis Kwadwo Oppong, in his welcome address thanked President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo and the Local Government ministry for giving the Assembly a befitting Assembly Block with furniture and other equipment for the effective running of the Assembly.

Deputy Minister for Local Government Decentralisation and Rural Development who doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) fo
for Offinso North Constituency, Honourable Collins Ntim was in the Dormaa West District on a one-day monitoring visit.
The DCE for the area, Mr Francis Kwadwo Oppong, in his welcome address thanked President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo and the Local Government ministry for giving the Assembly a befitting Assembly Block with furniture and other equipment for the effective running of the Assembly.  
The Agriculture department,  Health directorate, and the Education Directorate, respectively, were called upon to do PowerPoint presentations for the Deputy Minister to ascertain how best they are faring.
At the end of the presentations, the Deputy Minister commended the various Departments for their yeomens' job and urged them to continuously do their best to help the District and Ghana as a whole.
Even though the minister commended them, he also advised them to work on some few lapses that he detected from their presentations. 
He said the Local Government ministry is ready to assist various MMDAs with infrastructural and Developmental projects
