Grammy-winning musician Burna Boy has been called "sleazy, cheap, very unoriginal, and very fake" by well-known Nigerian singer Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, a.k.a. Brymo.

The 'Ara' singer also asserted in a recent interview with TVC that Burna Boy didn't deserve to win the Grammy for his fifth studio album, 'Twice As Tall,' citing the fact that most of his songs are samples and that he lacks creativity.
He also singled out Wizkid and Davido, labeling them as "thieves" who are taking advantage of Fela's afrobeat sacrifices, along with Burna Boy.
Burna Boy said in a video that he was the "Jesus of afrobeats," Brymo remarked. He also placed Davido and Wizkid on similar mountains.Burna Boy, in my opinion, is dishonest, imprudent, and a thief. Unoriginal to the extreme. a lot of fake. His songs all contain samples or stolen phrases. That person, who? Who gives you a Grammy for doing that?
