They stressed that Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II, has no locus and traditional capacity to be made a grantor to all the Aduana Stool lands at Bibiani since it was still in chieftaincy records that he has been destooled as a sub-chief of Kyikyiwere and Krotihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Council, Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II,
"We couldn't fathom Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II should lied and misled the general public, particularly the citizens of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area by way of misplacing the judgement he won as the rightful grantor of a plot of land in a suit No. A11/12/ 2022 between Joseph Obiri Yeboah -[plaintiff] versus 1] Asamoah 2]- Afoko [defendants with the claim that he won the chieftaincy case as the chief of Bibiani, Kyikyiwere and also the Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area.
"Although we are aware that Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II won the rightful grantor of all the Aduana Stool lands at Bibiani in a judgement of a suit No. A11/12/ 2022 between Joseph Obiri Yeboah -[plaintiff] versus 1] Asamoah 2]- Afoko [defendants], but we haven't seen the reasons for which Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II is going round making false claims that he won the chieftaincy case as the chief of Bibiani as well chief of Kyikyiwere and also the Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area.
"Even the judgment declared by Bibiani District Magistrate Court was very questionable, because you can you imagine how can a destooled chief be a grantor to the entire lands of Aduana Stool Lands," the accredited elders of the area angrily asked.

The elders and kingmakers wanted the general public to know that the destooled Ngoah Anyimah Kodom II has not won the land dispute case in his capacity as the chief of Bibiani, as well as Kyikyiwere and also the Krontihene of Sefwi Anhwiaso Traditional Area.
The elders and kingmakers clarified that the case he won at Bibiani District Magistrate Court is purely the land dispute, which was completely has nothing to do with his destoolment charges case preferred against in the court challenging his chieftaincy status.
"Even the common sense would tell you that the Bibiani District Magistrate Court don't have capacity to sit on the chieftaincy dispute case.
Even we are saying that the capacity of Bibiani Magistrate Court cannot try land size of over fifty thousand hectares," the elders stated.
The elders punched deep hole into the judgement, saying that the court cannot declared judgement to the effect that the destooled chief is a now a grantor of of all the lands in entire Bibiani.
