Boy, 19, uses charm to impregnate the mother

The whole of Asaba within Delta State has been thrown into a state of awe following the news of a-19-year old allegedly impregnating his biological mother with a love charm.

Reports say the boy, known as “Ekenem,” went to a native doctor, who gave him a "love charm" to use on his mother and one of the matrons of the boarding school where he lives.

Reports further expanded that the woman’s husband, who had been away from his Port Harcourt operational base for a while, denied having anything to do with the pregnancy when he was questioned.

But the suspect’s mother, who was the victim, told reporters, “I don’t know how it happened, but all I can say is that a young man who looked like my son walked into my room in the middle of the night, and I was speechless.”

She also said that the whole thing still remained a mystery.

The suspect told reporters at the police station, “I am very sorry for everything that has happened. I did not mean to do this.” After the love charm was made for me, I could see myself falling in love with her. I have to tell her the truth because I know that if I do, God will change her mind and she’ll forgive me. “All of a sudden, I realized I was making out with my mom when I thought the charm wouldn’t work. When I found out, I threatened to kill her, and the police were called,” he said.

The Police Public Relations Officer in the state, DSP Celestina Kalu, confirming the report said the boy has since been arrested for threatening to kill someone.
