Bia East MP Provides Potable Water For Some Selected Villages In Adabokrom Electoral Area
THE MEMBER of Parliament for Bia East Constituency in the Western Region, Honourable Richard Acheampong has provided two (2) number of hand-dug wells to the people living in and around  Afia Ahoma's village near The Apostle Continuation church, Adabokrom and  Gyamfi's Village  around Augustine Niber's area.
This initiative seeks to bridge the gap in accessibility of potable water in remote areas where drilling vehicle cannot  access.
The vision of the MP to provide clean and safe water is in line with global recognition of  critical importance of water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) to development.
This initiative fulfils the fundamental need, which is essential for the well-being and progress of these communities.
Access to clean and safe water is a prerequisite for public health, economic growth, and environmental sustainability.
Honourable Richard Acheampong's initiative not only addresses a basic human need but also supports the overall development and quality of life in these beneficiary  communities.

These projects follow two (2) mechanized boreholes and hand-pump borehole drilled at Nfantraline, Adumkrom and Adamakrom respectively.

The beneficiary villages on their part, have shown deep appreciation to the  Honourable member for his timely intervention and continual support.
