THE ASSEMBLY MEMBER for Gamenu Electoral Area in the South Tongu District of the Volta Region, Honourable Seyram Glah has donated some brand new streetlights to Hawui Township in his electoral area to replace the broken ones in the School other part of the town to improve security in the area.
The lights would help to reduce the crime rate in the District.
He engaged the services of an electrician to immediately mount the new ones and repair the broken ones to brighten the community.
He promised to bring more of the lights to help secure the community.
Honourable Glah further promised to rake in other developmental projects into Gamenu Electoral Area.
Speaking exclusively to Soireenews.com, the Assembly member said the intervention has become necessary as a result of the insecurity in the district.
He said as an Assembly Member his main objective is to canvass for the development of his area.
