AS PART of the breast cancer awareness celebration in the month of October,it is very important to do a regular check up to determine bad bumps in the breast that can cause cancer.
The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Akoma Specialist Hospital at Atwima Boko in the Ashanti Region, Dr. Dickson Emmanuel Tuffuor who made the call highlighted some factors that can possibly cause breast cancer.
The factors, he noted include inadequate intake of some hormonal drugs, irregular check ups, hereditary factor and other related activities that can possibly cause cancer.
He entreated women to give chance for their husbands and boyfriends to help them check for them by giving them chance to suck the breast and also press it regularly to determine the unfamiliar bumps that can cause breast cancer and it will help maintain good health.
