Children of Ashaiman who took part in Ghana's 65th Independence Day celebration at Ashaiman in the Greater Accra Region have called on President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to consider Ashaiman in the newly introduced Science, Technology Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) education.
Reading on behalf of the Children of Ashaiman at the section of Ghana's 65th anniversary held at Mandela Park in Ashaiman, Ms. Abigail Willson called on President Akufo-Addo to among other things, consider Ashaiman Municipal one of the newly introduced "STEM" education facilities to train better future for Ashaiman
The Municipal Chief Executive for Ashaiman, Mr. Albert Boakye Okyere, who received the children's message on behalf of the president in his address to the parade commended the children and called on parents to take responsibility in bringing up the children for a better future of the nation
