“I shot Tenant in Self-Defence” – Ofankor Landlord Cries

The landlord who allegedly shot and killed his tenant at Ofankor over rent disputes says he acted in self-defence.

"I didn't want to speak on this issue and was waiting for my legal team but what I can say is I acted in self-defence" the suspect, Victor Stephen Nana Kankam told the media.

The landlord reportedly murdered his tenant, Spark Benjamine, a budding musician, over refusal to vacate a room he has rented to him.
