Yaw Dabo: "I may be better than the people who belittle my height."

According to Ghanaian actor Yaw Dabo, individuals who judged and disparaged him for his height would have treated him better if he had been a member of their family.

Yaw Dabo warned his detractors during an appearance on Accra FM by pointing out that there is a good reason why God made him the way he is.

"For those who criticize me, perhaps I am superior to you. You would probably rush to complete the task if I were a member of your family and asked you to do something for me. If a funeral came home, I would probably ask you to go grab chairs.

"To the individual who is attacking me, if a funeral occurs at your home, the richest person will force you to carry the casket.

"You don't have to speak about everything you see with your eyes. This is advise for online users who gossip about others while hiding behind their computers and mobile devices.

There is more to things than meets the eye. He said, "God created me this way for a reason; perhaps if I were like you, I wouldn't be where I am now. However, since God created me this way, I am better than you.

"I restrain myself from speaking negatively about other individuals. Men should shut their mouths with padlocks, the Bible warns, as doing so could get them into trouble.

He said, "The mouth can get you into problems. This may cause you to say something unfavorable about someone and then look for them to apologize, but you won't find them.
