According to his campaign team, Bola Tinubu, the incoming president of Nigeria, will move into a military facility in Abuja before the swearing-in event.

In a tweet, it was announced that the President-Elect would be relocating into Defense House in Maitama, Federal Capital Territory, where he would stay for the next few months before moving into the Presidential Villa.

When Mr. Tinubu will relocate into the facility was not stated.

An area newspaper says that there will be briefings and important meetings for the president-elect there.

With 37% of the vote, Mr. Tinubu of the ruling APC party was proclaimed the victor.

The outcome will be contested in court, according to the opposition parties.
