THE THANKSGIVING Church Service was successfully held on Sunday, December 3,
2023 by the The people of Kwahu traditional
Area and Kwahu Local Council to mark the end of final funeral rites of late Kwahuhene Daasabre Akuamoah Boateng II.
The religious occasion was led by Prophet Fuster Kwasi Ania-Kwaa, Kwahu area head Pastor of Church of Pentecost.
The  chiefs of Kwahu traditional Area, led by "KWAHUHENE" Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng ll, together with some members of about 64 churches in Kwahu were presence to bid the late Chief farewell.
On his Part, the Akyeamehene of Kwahu Abene, NANA ASEIDU KWABENG IV, used the occasion to expressed profound appreciation to all Paramount Chiefs and delegation representative at the final funeral rite of the late Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng ll, and all attendance of the thanksgiving.
Furthermore, Kwahu Traditional Council reached a deal to only permit the use of handclapping in churches, hence there was a band on drumming and making of loud noises was prohibited, including the use of loudspeakers, tambourines, drums, and roadside evangelism, among other things, which occurred following the final funeral rites of late Daasebre Akuamoah Boateng ll.
The Kwahu Akyeamehene, Nana Aseidu Kwabeng IV, explained that, now that the activities marking the final funeral rites were over, traditional ritual of cleansing will be performed to commence for the lift of the "Ban" on noise making and other activities.
