Stop the unnecessary faction, allow President Akufo-Addo to rule  - Doctor fires NPP

Members of the ruling new patriotic party (NPP) have been urged to desist from the unnecessary faction that could destruct the President from administering his good thoughts for Ghana.

According to Dr. Stephen Amponsah aka Kojooto, CEO of NBA group of companies and a staunch member of the ruling NPP, it's very unnecessary for people to start campaigning for others for the Presidential slot at this time.

It could be recalled that some members within the NPP party have started routing for Dr. Mahamoud Bawumia whiles others go for Allan Kyerematen.

However, the current one to join the list is the Agric minister Dr. Akoto Afriyie who had been accused of allegedly having a secret meeting with party members.

Reacting to all these developments, the staunch NPP financier said just three(3) months after winning back election is an early day yet to create such factions.

He said doing that at this time will make people ignore the party since they might think the party is not a serious one.

The doctor further revealed that the various faction in the party this time will make it forgo the major promises upon which the party was reelected into power, and this will annoy Ghanaians who gave it the mandate.

"Stop the unnecessary factions and allow visionary Nana Addo to concentrate on his good works. Doing this will destruct our able President from his work. It doesn't talk well about us as a party." He said.

He however called on all the NPP supporters to get united to achieve one goal, which is the well-being and development of the country.
