Stonebwoy has registered eight tracks on the 100 most played songs on radio in 2020.

The dancehall artiste's tracks were played a combined total number of 9,617 times.

Six of the tracks were from his 'Anloga Junction' album, and his highest-charting song 'Nominate' featuring Keri Hilson was played 2,382 times.

Nominate sits at number 3 while Sobolo (2151) and Putuu (1827) charting at number 5 and 8 respectively.

‘African Party’ (No 16), ‘Critical’ featuring Zlatan (No 24), La Gba Gbe (No 31), ‘Understand’ featuring Alicai Harley (No 34), and Good morning featuring Chivv (No 63) are the other songs by Stonebwoy on the chart.

The Anloga Junction album was released on Friday, 24th of April 2020.

According to Stonebwoy, the name represents the journey he has taken so far, a culmination of all the experiences he has been through. 

"The name on its own is interesting just for the fact that we have come this far, having gotten a lot of experience from the works that we have done, learning from the best and pushing our best to do the most and the best and as well creative-wise.”

“So we decided to give this album an identity that will actually stand out, one that is different from everything else. So when you hear ‘Anloga Junction’, you’ll begin to wonder wow, it could have been called something else,” he continued.

American artist, Keri Hilson, expressed her gratitude for the opportunity to be involved in the album.

Other artists featured on the album include Jamaican artiste, Jahmeil, Kojo Antwi (Mr Music Man), Nigerian artiste, Zlatan, South African rapper, Nasty C, Dutch singer, Chivv, fast-rising Dancehall artiste, Alicai Harley and East Africa’s Diamond Platnumz.
