Dancehall artist Shatta Wale has elaborated on his dislike for radio host Andy Dosty and his constant insu!ting of him.

According to Shatta Wale, he stopped seeing Andy Dosty as his godfather after realizing that the man did not merit his respect.

Shatta Wale added that Andy Dosty was very close to him and that he had even given him gifts on a number of times.

He says that although there were occasions when he and Andy Dosty could talk on the phone for hours, he always tries to portray Andy Dosty negatively in front of Ghanaians.

Shatta Wale revealed that he had launched new companies and phoned Andy Dosty to assist promote them, but Andy never did. In the meantime, he would criticize him on the radio.

He disclosed that he had called the media figure multiple times to stop the practice of portraying him in a negative light in front of Ghanaians, but that he had never received a response.

Shatta Wale gave an example of how he and his crew urged blogger Ameyaw Debrah to stop creating negative publications about him after realizing they were doing so.

He claims that Ameyaw Debrah paid attention to him and ceased writing disparaging articles about him.

Shatta said that following their exchange, he and the blogger even went to America and had settled their differences. 

He continued by saying that Andy Dosty had forced the blogger to file a lawsuit against him, Shatta Wale, by interviewing Ameyaw Debrah following their resolution of their disagreement.

"I'll give you an example to help you understand it. Ameyaw Debrah and I had some issues back then. I never liked the things he used to write. Thus, we summoned Ameyaw Debrah and instructed him to refrain from writing about me in the future," he stated.

Years after Ameyaw Debrah and I had resolved our issue, I heard Andy Dosty and Ameyaw Debrah on the radio. We enjoyed our casual meeting in America. I said, "Okay, cool. I'm listening to the radio because Ameyaw Debrah was on it." Ameyaw Debrah mentioned that we had a minor disagreement. The musician said, "I threatened him and everything, but we forgot about it because he felt he didn't write the publications well."

Additionally, Andy Dosty persisted in telling Ameyaw Debrah that he needed to go report something to the police. No one is advocating that threatening someone is a good idea, but Andy ought to go to the police station so that Shatta Wale can be taken into custody and you would receive what?," he said.
