Selling Of Achimota Forest Land And Other State Landed Properties Land Samuel Jinapor And Asenso-Boakye In Hot Water As Ghanaian Citizens Calls For Their Arrest And Prosecution

MINISTER of Works and Housing who 

doubles as the Member of Parliament (MP) 

for Bantama Constituency in the Ashanti-Region, Honourable Francis Asenso-Boakye and Minister of Lands and Natural Resources, Honourable, Samuel Abu Jinapor have landed  in hot water for wrong doings.

This follows a call by a group calling itself as Concerned Citizens of Ghana for the arrest and prosecution of the two personalities for their selling of the Achimota Forest, State Lands and State Bungalows.

For mining with anger, the citizens warned that Honourable Jinapor and Honourable Asenso-Boakye selling of the Achimota Forest, State Lands and State Bungalows must stop.

According to the citizens, Samuel Abu Jinapor has written a letter to initiate the sale of the controversial Achimota Forest Land.

They indicated that the Lands, Forests and Mineral Resources Minister is busily selling the Lands, Forests and Mineral Resources of Ghana. 

They asserted that Samuel Abu Jinapor personally wrote and signed a letter to initiate the sale of the Achimota Forest during the Climate Change Conference, just after Ghana received MONEY for the conservation of the same forest.

They indicated that Samuel Abu Jinapor is also eyeing the Winneba Aboakye festival forest and Ramsar Site for Lithium in a badly negotiated deal.

They mentioned that Samuel Abu Jinapor supervised the sale of the Atiwa Forest for Bauxite Mining by the Chinese Sinohydro... 

They pointed out that Samuel Abu Jinapor is allowing various Ashanti Forest Reserves to be illegally mined for Gold by Akonta Mining belonging to the NPP Ashanti Regional Chairman and others affiliated to the President's Cousin Gabby Asare Ochere-Darko and other appointees of the President...

They indicated that President Akufo Addo's LIE that the NPP's Ashanti Regional Chairman Wuntumi's Akonta Mining Company was not mining in the forest reserve makes him complicit...

According to them, the failed fight against Galamsey is worsened by the rush by the Bawumia-led-NPP to push many very well known NPP Galamseyers into Parliament.

They noted that many Galamseyers are busily laundering their dirty money through fraudulent allocations of State Lands and Bungalows as well as other shady land and built up property transactions in the Cantonments, Labone and Airport enclaves.

They said that smoking gun is the AIRPORT CITY PROJECT-2 NOW RENAMED ENERGY CITY PROJECT which is being sold to private persons with unexplained wealth...

They said the Energy City Project crafted exclusively for cronies is a classic example of hiding proceeds of Corruption and Galamsey.

They noted that Energy City Project has illegally annexed La Stool Lands including 37 DVLA Office, 37 Taxi and Trotro Stations, Police Church, Police Workshop and the Ghana Army Ordinance Depot as well as other military facilities near the 37 Military Hospital. 

"The Office of the Special Prosecutor must commence investigation into the Energy City Project. 

"Citizens will be compelled to take unpleasant steps to recover the stolen Lands, IF THE STATE FAILS TO RETRIEVE THE LANDS FROM THE THIEVES and the STATE SPONSORED STEALING OF PRIME LANDS & FORESTS supervised by Samuel Abu Jinapor and Asenso Boakye," they told Soureenews.com.
