Ghanaian rap god, Sarkodie, has apologized to the fans in an official statement for the broadcast interruption of his Black Love-Virtual Concert.

It was earlier reported that Sarkodie shut down the Internet with his Black Love virtual concert upon the release of the pre-recorded show, on Ceek when the website crashed after recording too much traffic from all around the world.

Many fans who tried to stream the show lamented that the website displayed gibberish information that reads "Error 520 Ray ID: 5c3dae34bfb306f5 • 2020-08-16 19:49:46 UTC Web server is returning an unknown error".

This caused them to miss the show altogether even though the site, Ceek, tried to patch up its servers but to no avail. After the failure, the site took to its social media page to apologize on behalf of Sarkodie.

It wrote:"@sarkodie #sarknation Apologies for the delays, the entire world is trying to get to the #BlackLoveVirtualConcert due to the overwhelming numbers many people have reported issues accessing the site. We are working fervently to resolve the issue." on its Twitter page.

Sarkodie has now officially apologized for the server crash through his management. He asked the fans who missed the show due to the "technically inconvenience" for their forgiveness by explaining that the site did not know it was going to receive that much traffic.
