Samuel Haywood Okine appointed as PRO for GBA

The Ghana Boxing Authority has appointed the Acting Public Relations Officer (PRO), Mr Samuel Okine as the substantive spokesperson for the Authority.

Ms Naa Dakua, the spokesperson of GBA who was also a parliamentary correspondent to Accra base Rainbow Radio left for the United States which compelled the Board of the Boxing Authority to choose Samuel Okine to act on her behalf until his appointment.

The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA) presents its warm and sincere compliments and wishes to respectfully inform you that in compliance with Article 4.12 (vi) of the Authority's Constitution the Executive Board has now appointed you as the substantive Public Relations Officer having acted for a considerable period in the absence of the former P.R.O Ms Gifty Naa Darkua Dodoo. 

The board believes strongly that your rich experience and knowledge of the sport will no doubt manifest itself and be of immense benefit to professional bound.
