A video intercepted by Sorienews indicates that a police officer with a name unknown around the Accra COCOBOD area has chased a driver who has allegedly offended traffic regulations and took his passport to withdraw mobile Money from the driver's account before letting him go.
According to the eyewitness, such character and Policing has been going on for some time now as some police MTTD officers attack drivers and extort Money from them.
In another video, the driver is seen giving the money to the police officer who refused to collect it by hand and rather asked the driver to hide the money on his motor.
This attracted other passing pedestrians to watch them by a surprise.
