NDC Parliament Primaries: Do not Sell Your Future Cheap To Vote For Money-Delegates Of Awutu Senya East Cautioned
Mrs Dina Tetteh
A leading member of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the Awutu Senya East Constituency of the Central Region, Mr Stephen Apolima, has cautioned delegates of the party not to exchange their votes for money in the upcoming NDC parliamentary primaries which was scheduled to take off on Saturday May 13, 2013 across all centres in the country.
According to Mr Apolima who doubles as the Adam Nana Ward Secretary of the NDC in the Awutu Senya East Constituency, the delegates should vote for Mrs. Dina Tetteh who is a credible parliamentary hopeful on the ticket of the NDC because she would be acceptable to the electorates during the 2024 general elections.

"Do not sell your future cheap to vote for money. Even if the other aspirants give you GH¢ 5000, that money cannot feed you forever.
"Endorse someone like Dina Tetteh who will teach you how to fish. Don't put your future in the hands of someone who will give you sugar, lipton and milk," he further advised.
The NDC guru pointed out that using money to buy votes is unethical and should be avoided at all cost.

He urged the delegates and members of the party in the constituency not to allow power seeking politicians to use money and buy your conscience.
”Do not allow desperate politicians use money to buy your vote which is dangerous to democratic tenets and rule of law," he warned.
He was of the view that the NDC parliamentary primaries slated on May 13 2023 "is a referendum on your welfare."
He stated that most of "us are fighting to keep the party together and to ensure the welfare of all delegates becomes a priority above all other interests."
According to him, Mrs. Dina Tetteh has sat down with chiefs, elders, opinion leaders and academicians and has come out with the four Pillars Manifesto that addresses the social and economic needs of all delegates.
"13th May, 2023 is an opportunity for you to affirm the 4 Pillars Manifesto and to empower Mrs. Dina Tetteh to empower you.
"She has done it before. She has the capacity to deliver on the four Pillars Manifesto. All she needs is your endorsement," Mr. Apolima asserted.
