Motorcycle rider crash to death in Tumi, others at the hospital

A gory accident involving a Toyota car with registration number GV 2626-14 had crashed two motorcycles on the Bolgatanga roundabout in the early hours of today Sunday.

It happened at the main roundabout highway, around Fastprints Internet Cafe in the Sissala East municipal capital Tumu, of the upper west region.

One of the victims was confirmed dead upon arrival at the Tumu municipal hospital, leaving two others with various degrees of injuries, according to an eyewitness.

The injured persons are under medical care at the same hospital.

All the victims except the driver of the Toyota car are females.

The victims are yet to be identified by their immediate relatives.
