The two-legged Champions League fixture between Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City could be played at a scheduled venue, UEFA has confirmed.

The German club and the Premier League leaders both played their round of 16 legs at the Budapest in the Puskas Arena against Sevilla and Borussia Monchengladbach respectively due to German quarantine rules on travel.

The game against Borussia Dortmund had the first leg to be played at the Etihad on April 6 and the return match in Germany on April 14 after the Association warned that venues could be changed due to the coronavirus travel restrictions, although the PA news agency, revealed by talkSPORTS has reported that games will proceed at the club’s respective home grounds.
