Uncle Ebo Whyte back with 'Dubai or No Sex'

Dubai or No Sex, Roverman Productions' first quarter play for 2024, follows Adwoa as she becomes more and more affected by her husband's younger brother Simon's success and starts to demand things from him that aren't realistic. Her husband prefers Kwahu, but she wants a nicer automobile, a more opulent lifestyle, and vacations in far-off places like Dubai.

Adwoa then threatens to end their marriage if her husband doesn't comply with her requests.

Her husband Barnabas, meanwhile, passes up a fantastic chance to earn millions of cedis and fulfill her desire.

Dubai or No Sex delves on the themes of integrity and honesty, as well as how marriages and healthy relationships are being adversely impacted by what is perceived to be ostentatious lives on social media.

Friday, March 29 to Sunday, April 7, 2024 is when the play will be shown. It is set to begin at 7 p.m. on Fridays, 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Saturdays, and 1 p.m., 4 p.m., and 8 p.m. on Sundays. The cost of tickets is GHC 200.

Every quarter, following play after play, Uncle Ebo sets the agenda for important social topics.

The group performed Naked in Bed, Just the Tip, I Like What You Like, and For Girls - The Spell last year.

The National Theatre has seen enormous attendance at productions like I Slept with Your Wife and Husband Material 7 Yards over the years.
