Bedbugs and other dangerous insects in second-cycle intuitions have become a cause of worry to school authorities, parents, and students as a whole.

Parents have called on the government, and Sanitation Ministry to fumigate Senior High Schools and other government institutions every three months to curb disease outbreaks.

Speaking in an interview with, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Dynamic Express Pest Solutions Mr. Kwaku Asamoah Bonsu, bedbugs
and other insects such as cockroaches, mosquitoes, and ants, have repeatedly invaded some of our schools especially, those with boarding facilities, and have raised serious health concerns.

According to the CEO Mr. Kwaku Bonsu, bedbug bites can cause health complications like sleep deprivation and anemia from loss of blood. 

He appealed to the government, and Sanitation Ministry for a partnership to make fumigation and disinfection an annual exercise at least 3 times a year.
