Even though KiDi and Kuami Eugene, both signed to Lynx Entertainment, collectively packed the 02 Arena auditorium last year, this will mark the first time a Ghanaian musician will only be performing as a solo artist.

Medikal, who just published his album "Planning & Plotting," is already rather optimistic about the work that lies ahead.

Earlier yesterday, Medikal shared the official Indigo concert announcement at the 02 on his X handle, writing, "From nothing to something, Can't wait."

Many industry insiders and colleagues, in addition to his followers, have congratulated the aforementioned post, expressing great excitement about Medikal's potential to sell out the auditorium.

With his win for best Lyrical Performer at the 2019 Ghana Music Awards, Medikal has unquestionably cemented himself as a prominent figure in Ghana's rap scene. (Read Rapper Edem's alleged knocking down and death of an unidentified woman on Bush Highway in court.)

His partnerships with numerous prominent figures in Ghanaian music, including Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Joey B, and Kwesi Arthur, have enhanced his reputation.

There's no question that guests will enjoy themselves and that Medikal will use the opportunity to connect with his UK fan base thanks to hits like "Omo Ada," "Father," "Ayekoo," "La Hustle," and "Confirm," which are helping to elevate his profile outside Ghana.
