DKB has revealed that he is very happy with all the negative attention Sarkodie is getting following the Tema-based rapper's release of an 'undercover endorsement track' for the New Patriotic Party (NPP).

This he said in reference to Sarkodie's official backing of Akufo-Addo in the lyrics of his 'Happy Days' track.

In the track Sarkodie rapped that since Akufo-Addo has implemented a number of good policies that are benefitting all Ghanaians, he should be strongly considered for a second term in office, specifically mentioning the free Senior High school as well as the uninterrupted power supply to homes and industry.

“We all spoke against the dumsor (erratic power supply) and the high inflation rate and so if these have been solved at the moment with Ghanaians also enjoying free SHS, then all I can say is that Nana Akufo-Addo should continue for another four years,” he said.

This quickly became a major talking point as the singular action of Sarkodie endorsing the NPP has drawn much criticism to the African rap god as critics now point out that he's only loyal to the money after it was alleged that he was paid the sum of GHC 500k to endorse the NPP by Member of Parliament(MP) for Ningo-Prampram, Sam Nartey George.

DKB has immediately taken to his social media page to express his joy. He described Sarkodie as a trickster that Ghanaians should be very wary of.

According to him, Sarkodie is a trickster for pulling in Kuami Eugene with him.

To prove his point, he narrated how during the build-up to the 'dumsor must stop' vigil organised by Yvonne Nelson some years ago, Sarkodie endorsed the vigil and was even hyping it on social media which was a very good thing.

He went on to say that he was very happy because he knew Sarkodie would stand and face anyone that comes to prevent them on the day of the vigil.

He was however very surprised when a few days to the peaceful vigil, he heard Sarkodie had travelled out of the country because he didn’t want to join them.
