''I'm Building Whilst You Rent''- Afia Schwar Shades Delay
Afia Schwar has fired back a Delay asking her to keep on renting as she builds after Delay claimed she is a business mogul.

Ghanaian social media critics and entrepreneur Afia Schwarzenegger have thrown heavy shade at the Ghanaian TV and radio presenter Deloris Frimpong well known as Delay.
The rift between these women keeps getting stronger each day as Afia shades Delay renting rooms.
In a video, Afia Schwar shared on her official Instagram page standing at a construction site claiming that she’s building a new house whilst others continue to rent.
According to her, Delay can come and buy some of the buildings when she’s done only if she can raise enough money to buy a house.
Schwarzenegger is firing back at Delay after she drew the latest blood in their ongoing feud.
Recall that it was earlier reported that Delay had only one response to Afia after she mocked her for bareness.
Delay described herself as a business mogul who owns several companies hence Afia Schwar isn’t on her level.
To clap back, Schwar is now also describing herself as an estate developer and hence far out of Delay’s league.
In the video she shared, she claimed that she’s working with contractors to construct an entire estate!
Schwar said when Delay is done being an errand boy for Wontumi she can come for one of the houses.
