Ghanaian rapper, Sarkodie has stated that he will never try to force a collaboration with Shatta Wale, as things between them have not exactly been great over the past few months. 

The most decorated rapper in Ghana finally spoke up about having a teamwork with his onetime best friend, as fans had been talking about the prospect of him teaming up with Shatta for a while before he spoke up. 

The two artistes were good friends up until their relationship broke down amidst news of Sarkodie signing a new deal. Shatta called him a broke artist and a hypocrite for signing the deal behind him, when it seemed apparently that they had both agreed on other terms.

Shatta has gone on multiple social media platforms to criticize Sarkodie, majorly along the lines of Sarkodie not being who everyone thinks that he is. 

He made the statement as an answer to the question in a recent interview with 4syte TV on when Ghanaians should expect a collaboration between himself and Shatta Wale.  Sarkodie said he never will he force himself to have a collaboration with Shatta Wale.

He added that if a collaboration between him and Shatta Wale is bound to happen then it has to be organic because he will never force himself into getting a collaboration done between himself and the controversial dancehall artiste.
