Teflon Flexx has revealed that he is not yet as influential to the point where he would have rigged his Vodafone Ghana Music Award's Unsung Artiste of the Year Plaque.

The fast rising artiste said this after allegations arose that he won the award by cheating all others in his category.

Industry Pundit, Ricky Tenneson, claimed that he won because he had been given the voting codes a week ahead of his fellow nominees in a bid to sway the votes to his favour.

If the allegation is true, it would mean that Teflon Flexx had gotten a week more worth of votes ahead of his colleagues and there would have been little they could do to compete against him.

Teflon Flexx has now shot down the allegations.

According to him, the award was given to him fair and square because he is sure Charterhouse would not give any artiste an advantage over the others.

He maintained that even if Charterhouse wanted to favour any artiste, it would not be himself because he does not have any connections there.

“I didn’t know anyone at Charterhouse before I was nominated. I don’t know about my fellow nominees but personally, I had my code the time, they shared it with the general public. They didn’t even send me the code, I had to search for my code, so the allegation going on (about Nanky), I don’t even know about that,”

“There was a group with the unsung nominees, but the codes came out to the public before they updated the group with it.”

He is now promoting his EP, Love From The East with Lazy man featuring Kelvyn Boy being the lead single.
