Honourable Elizabeth Ofori Agyare is on track - Techiman North NDC Communication Director

Techiman North National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communication Director, Adom Johnson has revealed that Member of Parliament, Honourable Elizabeth Ofori Agyare has implemented structures for the development of the Techiman North constituency.

He said the MP's first 100 days in office as a Parliamentarian justifies that, she has what it takes to steer Techiman North to the promised land.

The Communications Director disclosed that during campaigning, Honourable Elizabeth promised to be an excellent representative in Ghana's Parliament; to channel all the grievance of the residents of Techiman North to the floor of Parliament.

According to Adom Johnson, Honourable  Elizabeth's appointment to the vetting committee and her ability to question the motion of the Health Ministry's budget is proving enough that she is giving the people of Techiman North excellent representation.

He further stated that human development, awarding a scholarship to students and sponsoring some indigents of her constituencies to travel overseas was a key part of her campaign.

He added that three students including medical learners have been receiving support from their Member of Parliament despite the fact that the scholarship scheme is yet to be launched.

"She also promised community development initiatives especially to construct the roads of Asuei, Mesidan and Bouyem and other roads within her catchment area, I can say dialogues between her and the Road Minister concerning the constructions of these roads are very promising". Adom Johnson told Sikahemaa of Soireenews.

The Techiman North NDC Communication Director disclosed that Honourable Ofori Agyare is constructing an Education Laboratory that contains all the necessary equipment to help promote the teaching and learning activities in Tuobodon and Techiman North at large.
