Jack Grealish has received his first call-up to the England senior squad ahead of the forthcoming UEFA Nations League schedule.

Gareth Southgate will, however, be without Marcus Rashford and Harry Winks for the Group A2 fixtures in Iceland and Denmark.

Aston Villa captain Grealish has previously represented England at under-21 level and was a member of Southgate’s 2016 Toulon Tournament-winning squad.

Without Rashford and Winks and following Saturday's addition of Conor Coady and Ainsley Maitland-Niles, the England manager will now begin his preparations with a squad of 24.

The Three Lions face Iceland in Reykjavik on Saturday 5 September (5 pm BST) before traveling to Copenhagen to play Denmark on Tuesday 8 September (7.45 pm BST). Both matches will be live on Sky Sports.
