GH¢97M Claim From Govt Saga: Chief of Ngleshie Amanfrom Warns  Media Practitioners Against Fake Publication!
The Divisional Chief of Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool under the Ngleshie Alata Traditional Council in the Greater Accra Region, Nii  Kwashie Gborlor IV, has stated that his outfit has no knowledge of the reported claim in the publication of the newspaper that some elders from the Ngleshie Amanfrom Divisional Stool have planned to collect a whopping GH¢97 million compensation packages from the government of Ghana.

Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com
to set the record straight on the publication, the gazetted overlord pointed that such publication was not fair and a heart scare.

"When the news broke out it has broken the heart of me and my elders of the area because
the publication can easily excit the youth of the Ngleshie Amanfrom to use offensive weapons to come to the Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool Palace to cause problem with the intention that l and my elders had taken the money belonging to the community to consume," the chief stated.

According to the chief, he and his elders had no knowledge about the GH¢ 97 million compensation packages as being reported by the newspaper, daring the editor of such  newspaper to make the names public of the actual elders who had gone to the government of Ghana to intend to secure the GH¢ GH¢ 97 million.
"I am using this medium to plead with the owners of editor of the newspaper should come to the chief and elders of Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool to cross check his information in order to do a balance story which is the responsible journalism but since the paper has not done a balance story, this completely amounts to unprofessional journalism," Nii  Kwashie Gborlor IV stated.

The chief who operates open door policy noted that "going forward when the media practitioners heard sometimes about the Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool and want to publish such information to the general public it is fair in their part to consult traditional authorities of the stool in order to do fair and accurate reportage."

"My door is open always 24/7 and that when you come to the Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool Palace and l am not hear to attend to you to have the briefing on the matter, you must come, because my elders are always in the palace.
". . or if you come, you by all means meet the youth in the palace and that you can leave your personal contact number with the youth and when l come back l would make the arrangement for us to meet to deal with the matter accordingly,"Nii Kwashie Gborlor IV,  stressed.

He asserted that this move would ensure to prevent the negatives reportage which would dent the image of the Ngleshie Amanfrom, saying that" as am talking to you now we had won judgement against the elders of Odumpong Ofankor Stool over the long unending land dispute which would bring investors to the area to invest in the community development economic."

He mentioned that the foreign and local strategic investors who are coming to invest in the area heard of this life threatening publication, how would those investors have confidence to come to Ngleshie Amanfrom enclaves to invest.

"We all know for sure that all these negative publications against the Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool were sponsored by the father of popular Ghanaian dancehall artiste, Shatta Wale,
Mr Charles Nii Armah Mensah Sr.

Shatta Wale father, you are not the recognized chief of Ngleshie Amanfrom, l an the recognized installed and gazetted chief. If you go to the Ngleshie Alata Traditional Council, Greater Accra Regional and National House of Chiefs, my name is there as the traditional and customarily installed chief of Ngleshie Amanfrom Divisional Chief and that per the tradition and customs of Ga State, two persons cannot ascend the one throne.

"So we the traditional authorities of Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool are telling Mr Charles Nii Armah Mensah Sr. that if you want to say something about the Ngleshie Amanfrom Stool, he [Shatta Wale father] should consult me who is the chief of the area and his elders that thing is something that l have heard from someone and if needs for something for us the traditional authorities to do, we would move to do.
"Because in every rumors, there is iota of true. So what we the traditional authorities of Ngleshie Amanfrom want to tell Shatta Wale father is that, we recognized him as the a blood citizen of Ngleshie Amanfrom, but he should know that he has not been installed a chief, so if he is the citizen of the area, and that if something are concerns about the area, he have the rights to say it.

"...but Shatta Wale father should not just woke up to open his mouth just to say anything which may not have any impact in the area. “I think Shatta Wale father must be careful about what he says.

"We are warning that Shatta Wale father should not just got up and go to the newspaper and radio station to make all kinds of unfounded allegations and what is sad is the editors of these media houses will also allow these comments to go unchecked. The continuous actions and inactions of Shatta Wale father is now dangerous for our budding democracy," the chief warned Shatta Wale father.
