THE GHANAIAN VOTER MUST RISE TO THE OCCASION, ENOCH ANSAH P1 WRITES;
The Ghanaian voter shall be exercising their franchise to electing President and members of Parliament exactly a year from today.
The ordinary Ghanaian knows our society is inherently informal and this trait is pervasive in all aspects of national life including the economy.
Even though there is no universally accepted definition of the phenomenon because of its heterogenous nature, there is a broad concensus on the adoption leadership (politics) in Ghana.
We have barely a year to electing President and members of Parliament across the country. Job creation, employment opportunities, better services, Agriculture, better Economy, the Youth must survive project etc is what we must yearn for. We must go for individuals with track records, experienced leadership, competent and honest leaders.
The Ghanaian Youth must vote for JOHN DRAMANI MAHAMA and the NDC come December 7, 2024 on the under listed reasons;
1. *Creation of Jobs* Kumasi shoe factory, Savannah cement factory, Komenda sugar factory, Savannah accelerated Development Authority and Youth Entrepreneurial Agency were re-engineered with several modules to engage the unemployed Youth, MASLOC loan facilit, Graduate Business support, the rural entreprises project, etc...for job creation and livelihood creation were all achieved under the estwhile John Mahama administration and he has proposed to roll-out the 24-hour economy as well.
2. Education About 1, 616 projects were constructed for basic schools alone under JM's administration, eg, most schools in Accra abolished the shift system of education, textbooks and exercise books were freely distributed to school children as well as uniforms and sandals.
The proposed 200 community SHS project was on course of which 123 of the schools were awarded on contract. 10, 400 scholarships were awarded to some community students in order to make education available to all (progressively free SHS)* some community boarding schools were also enrolled on the progressive free SHS programme. The NDC turned all polytechnics into technical universities.
3. Many younger people in Government The were larger number of young people who assumed ministerial positions and deputies by JM was unprecedented. In reality, he was building up the next generation of national leaders and statesmen.
4. *Power* After JM conquered dumsor, the NDC was still committed to solving the electricity challenges that the nation encountered  to ensuring that successive Governments do not suffer pressures that comes eith such crises. The very reason for which Ghana have stability of power now. Kodus to JM. The NDC government under JM connected about 2, 861 communities to the national grid from 2013-2016 alone; thus about 76% of Ghanaians  were connected to the power grid.

In 2016, the NDC government subsidized 180, 000 metric tonnes of fertilizers including improved free-distribution of cocoa seedlings to farmers. The NDC government under JM made available GH¢ 120 million to the Rice, Poultry,  Sheabutter, Cashew and other agro-processing sub-sectors to boost production. Fish processing factory was built at Elmina, Fisheries College was established at Anomabo, the NDC government distributed 3, 000 outboard motors, several tonnes of fishing nets and the installation of tracking devices to control illegal fishing etc...
6. *Transportation* The NDC government under JM invested massively in the road sector throughout the country with the Eastern corridor and cocoa roads project; intra-city buses system, inter-city STC bus system was revived, Tamale and Kumasi International Airport and the famous terminal 3 at Kotoka international Airport. Tema and Takoradi ports saw expansion and the commencement of free port at Atuabo, a pontoon facility  were provided on the volta lake, the famous Circle Dubai and the Kasoa inter-change etc...

Since the beginning of time, great leaders have used their power and leadership ability to fascilitate the interest of the very people who have given them their mandate to serve them and represent their interest. "If you ask what our aim is? I can answer in one word. It is VICTORY2024! Victory at all costs! Victory in spite of the terrors, difficulties and disappointments. However long and hard the road may be, for without VICTORY,  there is no survival." *Winston Churchill*
I call on the teeming Youths,  aged, civilians,  service men and women, cooperate societies, clergy, fishermen, traders,students, drivers and academia etc...
