The Mankrado of Gomoah Fetteh under Gomoa Akyempim Traditional in the Central Region, Nana Kwesi Kwansah popularly called Akwesi Alhaji, has finally broke silence over the rightful ownership of Gomoa Dominase Onion Market land situated on the Kasoa-Cape Coast-Takoradi Highway in the Central Region.

The Mankrado of Gomoah Fetteh under Gomoa Akyempim Traditional in the Central Region, Nana Kwesi Kwansah popularly called Akwesi Alhaji, has finally broke silence over the rightful ownership of Gomoa Dominase Onion Market land situated on the Kasoa-Cape Coast-Takoradi Highway in the Central Region.
Speaking in an interview with Soireenews.com,
Nana Kwesi Kwansah who doubles as the real estates developer declared ownership of the land of Gomoa Dominase Onion Market facility.
According to the chief,he genuinely and legally bought the land from the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Medium Dwellings Company Limited, a real estate development company, Mr. Josiah Arku-Korsah and fully paid for the facility.
Addressing some allegations leveled against him that he deployed land-guards to Gomoa Dominase Onion Market to protect the facility, Nana Kwesi Kwansah admitted that his deployed his boys to the market but denied his boys are not land-guards.
He noted that his decision to deploy the boys to protect the market was that the Gomoa Dominase Onion Market has now become his bonafide property.
" If the people are saying that l have sent the land-guards to the the Gomoa Dominase Onion Market, l want to state that the land in question is now my personal property because l bought the said land from Mr. Josiah Arku-Korsah and also bought another land from one Sam.
"I have used my money to buy the land and l don't use anything to buy the land for which there are genuine and legal documents to prove the legal acquisition of the land l bought from the two personalities.. So currently, l am in-charge of the control in the whole onion market in Gomoa Dominase," he stressed.
He maintained that he built the market with the purpose to help the people in Gomoa Dominase and its adjoining communities in the Central Region.
"So since the market belong to me it is my responsibility to ensure the daily protection of the landed property in Gomoa Dominase," he noted.
reaffirming that "l have deployed my boys to guide the Gomoa Dominase Onion Market facility for him."
He indicated that he owned the real estates development company who has employed people who are working for him and that he pays taxes as well The Social Security and National Insurance Trust (SSNIT) for his workers.
"If the self seeking people were accusing him that he is a land-guards, it does not affected him and when you arrest my boys l would surely come to defend them in the police station and they should show where l am operating as the land-guards.
"The people who are saying that bad things about me that l am a land-guards kingpin if they also buy landed property are they going to leave them for the people to go and steal, if they would be happy," he stated.
He noted that "if you reached the Dominase and the big signboard erected with the inscription of the photograph of the Paramount Chief of Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Area, his personal MTN number was written on it showing that l am the current rightful owner of Gomoa Dominase Onion Market.
He pointed out he together with the other traditional office holders who are bringing massive development to the area to help the people get jobs doing, and the negative thinking individuals had continued to destroy them, the situation he described as disturbing and worry.
He noted that his enemies have continued to destroy for the past ten years now but was quick to state that he was not perturbed about their continuous practice because he knows the good things he is doing to bring socio-economic development and growth to the Gomoa Akyempim Traditional Area in the region.
"My wife and children loved me so l don't care about the behaviours of those who are destroying me just because of personal hatred. If they want to destroy me they should go ahead to destroy me because my enemies including Kennedy Agyeapong are accusing me that l killed human beings and also chewed death bodies of human beings," Nana Kwesi Kwansah narrated.
