Kevin De Bruyne is the UEFA Midfielder of the season.

The Manchester City player was announced at the draw of the UEFA Champions League held at RTS Studios in Geneva, Switzerland on Thursday, October 1, 2020.

Having won the English League Cup winner and coming second behind Liverpool, the Belgian won individual accolades including the PFA Players' Player of the Year ad was in the UEFA Champions League Squad of the Season.

De Bruyne's form domestically and across Europe last season aided  City to reach the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals following their elimination by Lyon. The 29-year-old was voted by his fellow professionals as Player of the Year in England after racking up a record-equaling 20 assists.
