Composer and chorale legend from Ghana, Osei-Boateng, has passed away.
It has been announced that Akuamoah Osei-Boateng, a well-known composer of chorale music from Ghana, passed away on April 6, at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH).

The renowned composer is recognized for his work on well-known choral pieces, including "Gyatabruwaa," "Yesu ka wo ho," and "Yehwe wo."
The choral community has been severely hit by his passing, and other choirs, including Harmonious Chorale, have expressed their sorrow.
Additionally, Mr. Osei-Boateng passed away on Saturday, according to a statement released by Choral Music TV, a program devoted to promoting choral music.
Since the announcement of his passing, there has been a flood of tributes and condolences on social media in his honor.
