Kinsley Coman senses betrayal towards Paris Saint Germain after his only goal denied his former club the Champions League trophy on Sunday night.

The winger after an impressive display on the left rose high to direct a Kimmich’s cross past Keylor Navas to give Bayern their sixth European reward to complete the treble for the season.

Coman walked through the doors of PSG academy as an eight-year-old to be nurtured but unfortunately walked out again ten years later as an unwanted teenager.

The 24-year old says although he was determined to enjoy the game against his former side yet he is troubled for their loss.

"I'm very happy, it's an unbelievable night – not just for the club, but for all the fans. Obviously, I wanted to have a good game, not because of Paris, but because I'm 100% Bayern and I was determined to win. I feel sorry for Paris, because I come from the city."

"This is an extraordinary feeling. I feel a lot of joy, but also sadness for Paris. It hurts my heart a bit even though I am 100% Bayern as I have said."

"From the beginning, we tried to control the match. They had counters; we knew that they were going to be dangerous. Paris had a super match, as did we. It was a super final."

Paris Saint Germain lost the opportunity to win the elite trophy at a final for the first time, failing to convert majority of chances that came their way in the first half.
