According to Nana Asokwa, the town is deprived of job opportunities to meet the growing levels of unemployment among the youth.

The Odikro of Abura Dunkwa in the of Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese District of the Central Region, Nana Asokwa Kwegyir II has complained about the lack of basic infrastructure as well as other social amenities that befits the status of a district capital.
According to Nana Asokwa, the town is deprived of job opportunities to meet the growing levels of unemployment among the youth.
He advised the youths to be wise when following the politicians and depart themselves from politics because most politicians turn their back on them when they got power.  
“We will not encourage any politicians because they are taking us for granted," he added.
Addressing journalists during the installation of their new Dwoantoahene, Nana Asokwa made it clear that they are ready to give out land for a project whether to schools, foreign investors, or the government sector.
He said they are going to launch “WE ARE NOT WAITING FOR ANY GOVERNMENT” which they will solicit for fun to develop their town.
