Central Region: Since the government implemented E-Leavy, our business has been declining. Agent for mobile money wails. 

Meanwhile, several mobile money users have stated that they withdrew their funds before start of the E-Leavy and that they will never use mobile money again. 

Some mobile money agents in the central region of Gomoa Akoti scream that the mobile money business has collapsed since the NPP government implemented E-Leavy. 

According to the agent, people withdrew Gh30,000 on the 30th of May, one day before the E-Leavy began, affecting their business. They pleaded with the government to help them. 

True, the government wants to use the E-Leavy to help Ghana develop, but their business is failing, so they pleaded with him to look for work for them as well. 

They speak to Soireenews Reporter central region during an interview about how business is progressing since the E-Leavy began on May 30, 2022.

They also intimated that this government has stated that there is money in the system, so why is he now attempting to develop Ghana via E-Leavy?
