The Assembly Member of Kumawu Dadease in the Sekyere Kumawu District of the Ashanti Region Honourable Kofi Adade has stated that the welfare of the widows in his electoral area is his priority and very important to him.
He made this statement when he was donating tubers of yam to the widows in his electoral area and explained further that, most of the widows in his electoral area are vulnerable and needed to be supported.
He also added that the donation to the widows was out of support from some people, individuals and cooperate institutions.
He again called on Ghanaians to always assist assembly members since they don't receive any money as pay or salary for their work.
He finally called on Ghanaians to extend their hands to those in need especially the widows in society to support them all the time.
