Jayana has advised women who want better bodies to exercise for it.

According to the gospel artiste, no harm comes from gaining body goals naturally through dieting and exercising.

She however warned on the dangers of artificially enhancing one's body through surgical means.

Speaking against what has become the new normal, as most celebrities in Ghana have either done the liposuction or are planning to, Jayana revealed how nobody speaks about the side terrible effects of surgery.

If women knew or saw the pain that people who go through liposuction experience during the surgeries and after the procedures they would think again before saying they want to do it, she noted.

“Everybody is avoiding exercise now because they know there’s liposuction but what I’ve also realized is that those who go for these body enhancement procedures do not show the public what actually goes on."

"They only show us the outcome and the beauty of it but if they showed what they went through from day one till the day they fully recovered, then people can decide if they really want to do it”,

Using her own experience as an example, Jayana recalled how she went under the knife during childbirth.

The gospel artiste that the pain she felt during the caesarean section was unbearable not to talk of the one people who undergo liposuction experience.

“I’ve been through surgery before. I did a CS and with the pain alone that I endured, I won’t advise anyone to go through a surgery to enhance their body."

"However, I know that there are some people with the strength and money to do it so if you think you can do it and it will help boost your self-confidence, then that’s fine,” she concluded.
