Pierre Emerick Aubameyang has broken his silence on his exclusion from the Gunners line up against Spurs at the Emirates.

According to him, all that matters is Arsenal claiming the bragging rights over their London rivals and ‘that’s it.”

The Gabonese international was not included in the starting lineup of the North London Derby as he watched his teammates claim a 2-1 victory over10-man Jose Mourinho’s side.

Arteta after the game told that Aubameyang was not part of the starting 11 because he turned up late.

“He was going to start the game. We had a disciplinary issue, we have drawn the line and we move on.

“We have a process that we have to respect for every game and that's it.

“We have other players who can play.

“Recently we have changed the team quite a lot and there are players who are willing to play and deserve a chance, so I'm comfortable with that”

The player took to Instagram after the game to define the victorious moment by his teammates imitating his boss statement, “North London is Red and that’s it !!!”

talkSPORTS has revealed that the player is set to be fined for arriving late at the Emirates Stadium, but that would seem a bit harsh now as a fan pictured the striker sat in his supercar outside his London flat in a complete standstill.

Eric Lamela put Spurs in front in the 33-minute before Martin Odegaard levelled the scores a minute to half time.

Alexander Lacazette scored from the spot after a foul on him in the box to give Arteta’s side the deserved victory.
