President’s nominee as the Atebubu Amantin Municipal Chief Executive, Edward Owusu has paid an official visit to Chiefs of Atebubu Amantin Traditional Area and has appealed to the Assembly members for support of his confirmation.

The visit afforded him the opportunity to formally introduce himself to the Chiefs of Atebubu Amantin as major players in the peace-building and development process.

He commended the Traditional Leaders for maintaining unity, peace, and cooperation in the Municipality.

He appealed to the Chiefs to continue to support the Municipal Assembly and the Government to facilitate a smooth implementation of the Government’s development projects, programs, and activities within the local and national front.

 He also pleaded to the assembly members in the area to confirm his appointment.

He however pledge to work diligently towards ensuring development in the municipality and pleaded with the people to provide him with the necessary support towards the development of the Municipality.

He assured him of their unflinching support and advised him to work hard for Atebubu/Amantin to see massive developments.
