Alleged student's suicide; Bono regional minister, Abronye dc visits victims family

The Bono Regional Minister, Justina Owusu-Banahene interacting with the Miracle Senior High School authorities at Baakoniaba appealed to the school management to support the security with the needed information and refrain from any attempt to shield any individual in the ongoing investigations.

The Bono Regional Minister, Justina Owusu-Banahene has visited the family of the late Leticia Kyere Pinaman, a 14-year-old-girl who is said to have allegedly committed suicide at the Miracle Junior High School in Sunyani.

The Minister was accompanied by the Bono Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party, Kwame Baffoe (Abronye DC) and the Second Vice-Chairperson who doubles as the Regional Coordinator for the Ghana School Feeding Programme Madam Doris Asomah.

The visit was to sympathize with the bereaved family and to assure them of the necessary support to unravel the mystery behind the death of the 14-year-old-girl.

The Minister interacting with the Miracle JHS authorities at Baakoniaba appealed to the school management to support the security with the needed information and refrain from any attempt to shield any individual in the ongoing investigations.

The deceased's family also appealed to the police and the appropriate bodies to conduct thorough investigations into the matter since they suspect foul play in the death of their daughter.

Meanwhile, the father of the deceased, Kyereh Williams, has blamed the school authorities for having a hand in his daughter untimely death and did not believe she killed herself.
