AKUFFO ADDO SHOULD LISTEN TO GHANAIANS AND WITHDRAW E LEVY BILL IF HE CLAIMS TO BE LISTENING PRESIDENT, HONORABLE DESMOND PAITOO FIRES

The Member of Parliament for Gomoa East Constituency, Honourable Desmond Paitoo has fired the "incompetent" NPP government for their disregard to listen to the plight of Ghanaians and withdraw the electronic transaction levy bill popularly known as E-levy from Parliament immediately.

Speaking on Inside Politics on Accra based power FM, Honourable Desmond Paitoo bemoaned the hardship the current NPP government has put Ghanaians through and the dire consequences the implementation of the E-levy is going to have on the ordinary Ghanaians.

"Ghanaians are suffering under this regime and if the NPP claims to be listening to government, they should pay attention to the numerous calls from Ghanaians on how the implementation of the E-levy is going to affect their lives and withdraw the bill immediately, this government has borrowed too much and does not need to implement such nuisance tax which will increase the burden of the ordinary Ghanaian,  before they can manage the economy" Hon Desmond Paitoo said.
